A standard project is deliberately predictable. We configure your app name, logo and colours, import the agreed question-bank structure, set up the standard practice and assessment flows supported by the platform, test the build and handle the technical App Store submission work through your Apple Developer account.
Healthcare programmes can sometimes need something more specialised. You may want a different way of grouping questions, a new scoring rule, a specialist content display or another workflow that is not part of the existing engine. We are open to those conversations. The important point is that extra development is identified before work begins and priced separately.
That keeps the base project economical while still leaving room for a client with a larger budget and a genuinely valuable requirement to build something more tailored.
What we need from you before development starts
The smoothest projects begin with structured content. Ideally your organisation can provide questions, answer options, correct answers, explanations and any topic or exam labels in a spreadsheet, CSV or another consistent export. The cleaner the source material, the less time is spent on manual content preparation and the faster the app can move into testing.
You also provide the brand assets and the commercial decisions: app name, logo, colours, which content is free or premium and how you intend to sell access. If there are specialist features you already know you need, tell us at the beginning so they can be scoped alongside the standard build rather than appearing as surprises at the end.

Can the app support large question banks?
Yes, provided the content is supplied in a structured format that can be imported reliably. During scoping we review the volume, structure and any special content requirements before confirming the project.
Can learners practise by topic as well as take mock exams?
Where the existing Nurova framework supports the required structure, content can be organised into topic-based practice and test-style experiences. If you need a specialist workflow beyond the standard platform, we can estimate that as custom development.
Can the app include detailed explanations after each question?
Yes. Answer explanations are a core part of the type of exam-prep experience Nurova is designed to support. Your organisation supplies the explanation content and we configure it in the app.
Can we charge for access to premium questions or tests?
Yes, where appropriate. The platform can support free and premium access, subscriptions or in-app purchases within the agreed scope and subject to Apple's requirements.
Can you add medical-specific features?

Do we receive the Nurova source code?
No. Your organisation retains its brand and content, while Nurova retains the reusable underlying platform and source code. Your project receives the agreed licence to use that technology in the branded app.
